I scheduled my appointment online. I arrived at the appointed time and left my truck. The service advisor called me to update the needed maintenance which I approved. The service advisor called me once all maintenance items were completed. I returned to the dealership, paid my bill and was on my way in just a few minutes.

Had an 11am appointment and didn’t get my back for over two and a half hours. Didn’t get the car worked on until I complained the service advisor. The service manager was too busy to talk to me. Worse experience I have ever had at the dealership. I was only there for and oil change and tire rotation.

My services lady didn't Greet me at all! I had wait on her when first got there and when I came back to pickup my truck. The prices are ridiculous and I really felt that I was way over charged for the services. The next time I need any services done I will looking some where else.
